When the flash goes super fucking fast like that, time doesn’t zoom by super fast for him.
To him, he’s going at normal speed and everything else is going really super fucking slow. Speedsters have control over how they perceive time, but he has to go slow enough to where he can be articulate enough to, you know, build a building.
Think about how fucking long it takes to read several books and memorize information on how to build a fucking apartment building and then think of how long it would take to build that fucking apartment building by yourself.

The time is 5:56 and I have been awake since four. My body woke me because of reasons unknown. I have attempted to go back to sleep but my every effort has failed. With each attempt I became more awake and aware of my surroundings.
I thought for sure I would get a full nights rest. Once again my expectations did not match reality.
